Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Support professional to join our multi-brand lifestyle company in Vietnam. The Sales Support will work closely with the Sales team and other departments to provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. In this role, the Sales Support will also work closely with artists and designers to facilitate the development and production of new products.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and presentations, managing sales data, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales team in ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with the development and production of new products, including working closely with artists and designers to facilitate the creation of new product designs, managing production schedules, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors as needed.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Assist with the planning and execution of sales events and promotions, including coordinating with other departments and ensuring that events are executed smoothly and effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative support role, with a focus on managing tasks and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and artists in a friendly and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on task management and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
• Basic design skills and experience working with artists and designers is preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences.
• Fluency in Vietnamese is required, with proficiency in English preferred.
