We are seeking a Sales Staff to join our multi-brand lifestyle company in Vietnam. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their inquiries, and promoting our products. The ideal candidate should be confident, patient, and have a friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Punctuality, attentiveness, and attention to detail are crucial in this role, as the sales staff will be responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and answer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Promote and demonstrate products, highlighting their features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers with their purchases, including processing orders, handling transactions, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and presentable, with products displayed in an attractive and orderly manner.
• Work collaboratively with other sales staff and departmental teams to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on punctuality and carefulness in handling sales transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences.
• Fluency in Vietnamese is required, with proficiency in English preferred.
