Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced accountant to join our multi-brand lifestyle company in Vietnam. As a mid-level accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and reconcile company bank accounts and credit cards.
• Monitor and track expenses, ensuring that all costs are properly allocated and accounted for.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
• Conduct regular audits of financial processes and systems to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports as required by local authorities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the accounting team in day-to-day operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational company or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including local laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
