Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to join our multi-brand lifestyle company in Vietnam. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our products globally. The successful candidate will have a passion for artisan products, extensive marketing experience, and a proven track record of successfully driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive global sales and support the overall growth of the business.
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email, and other online and offline marketing channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop marketing initiatives that position our products as best-in-class.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams, to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver results.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including retailers, influencers, and media outlets.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with artisan products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of global market trends and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies that drive sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve results.
- Experience working with and managing external partners, including retailers, influencers, and media outlets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
