Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our multi-brand lifestyle company in Vietnam. The candidate will be responsible for creating visual content for both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and creativity, and be able to develop high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines. You will work closely with our marketing team and other departments to create promotional materials that drive engagement and sales. Flexibility in using tools such as Adobe Suite and Canva will be essential to succeed in this role.


  • Create engaging visual content for both online and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, website, in-store displays, and other promotional materials.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and photographers, to develop high-quality promotional content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Adapt existing designs and creative assets to different formats and platforms, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop new creative concepts that align with the brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and implement them in your work.
  • Provide support to other teams as needed, including production and design-related tasks.
  • Be able to work on Canva and produce quality design when appropriate.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on creating promotional content for both online and offline channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong design skills with a focus on typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of using Canva to produce quality design when necessary.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
