Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior eCom Storefront Staff (Shopify/WooCommerce) to join our multi-brand lifestyle company in Vietnam. The candidate will be responsible for managing our online storefronts on Shopify and WooCommerce. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of design and technical skills that will be essential for this role. You will work closely with the creative team to maintain and improve our online presence and the customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that the storefront is updated with new products and sales while optimizing user experience to increase sales and customer retention.


  • Manage and maintain our online storefronts using Shopify and WooCommerce, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure that storefronts are consistently updated with new products and promotions, and that product information is accurate.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging and relevant content for our online storefronts, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our online storefronts, and provide recommendations to optimize and improve the online shopping experience.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our online customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in e-commerce and digital marketing, and implement best practices on our online storefronts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on managing online storefronts using Shopify and/or WooCommerce.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and technical skills required to maintain an online storefront.
  • Proficient in CMS platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
