Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Art Director to join our multi-brand lifestyle company in Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Art Director in the development and execution of creative concepts for our brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Art Director to develop creative concepts and visual strategies for our brands across multiple channels and platforms.
• Support the development of art direction and styling for product shoots, lookbooks, and other creative assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all visual elements are on-brand, visually compelling, and meet project objectives.
• Assist with the management of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Attend and contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and organize visual assets, including photographs, illustrations, and design files, to ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our brands’ creative strategy.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
